Processing and Shipping
Every piece is carefully packed by hand in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Options and Costs
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather.

Free Local Pickup
Choose "Free local pickup" at checkout to pick up your order in Ocean Springs at no charge. We'll email you when it's ready to set up a pickup time.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or delayed, email us and we'll work with the carrier for you. If a piece arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of both the damaged item and the shipping box, and keep all original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy for what happens next.

Changes and Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us as soon as possible. We can make changes before your order ships, but not once it's on its way.
